Her strong organizational and communication abilities, honed through a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas where she not only made the Dean’s List but was also an esteemed member of the National Scholars Honor Society.

In addition to her corporate roles, Abby wears the hat of a philanthropist, leading the Chad & Abby Sellers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which is testament to her deep commitment to giving back to the community.

Meet Chad W. Sellers, a passionate and dedicated real estate broker licensed in Texas, Colorado, Minnesota, and Louisiana. Chad is a fourth-generation Texan, born and raised in Round Rock, a stone's throw away from Austin where he was born and raised. He moved briefly to expand his horizons, studying real estate and earning a B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Texas in 2005. Real estate wasn't just a subject to Chad—it was a calling. So much so, he secured his license and began his career during his junior year at UNT where he was awarded Rookie of the Year at RE/MAX North Associates.

A few years later after working with mainly traditional clients, Sellers carved a niche for himself in the residential foreclosure listing market. As the broker and owner of Texas Property Shop and several other remote brokerages, he and his team have closed over 6,000 transactions. He ensures his team of experts has the best tools to thrive in the real estate market and is constantly looking for ways to better serve institutional, commercial, and residential clients.

In his free time, Sellers runs and coaches his youngest son’s select baseball team, Crew Baseball, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Since joining the Texas Property Shop team in September 2011 as their fulltime REO Bookkeeper, Elaine Walsh has successfully submitted and collected over $1,000,000 in REO expense reimbursements. Walsh is also a licensed real estate agent in TX. Within only a few months of employment Elaine was able to implement a system that allowed her to pay and submit expense reimbursements with 100% accuracy. Elaine also gives critical support to AP, Payroll, Utilities and the Contracts to Close process. Her ability to keep up with the ever changing REO processes has been a key to her success. She is always such a pleasure to be around.

Elaine’s background in Management and Media Buying has played a big part in her ability to show persistence and strong negotiating skills. She offers an unparalleled view when it comes to marketing and results. With her huge success in the media industry she was able to demonstrate not only an extreme level of passion but also show her high level of commitment to any task at hand. She has carried this forward not only in her professional life but in her personal life as well. Elaine also brings in a background as a Legal Secretary and as an Enumerator for the Census Bureau. Along with this comes strong administrative skills and a great level of confidentiality.

Self is a seasoned real estate professional with an impressive track record in the industry. Graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate, Bobby laid the foundation for an accomplished career in the dynamic world of real estate investment and management. Kicking off his career as an Asset Analyst in the multi-family real estate sector, Bobby quickly showcased an innate understanding of market trends, investment analysis, and property valuation. This early experience allowed them to make data-driven decisions that propelled his career forward and set the stage for further accomplishments.

In 2010, Bobby made a strategic move to focus on single-family foreclosures, seizing an opportunity to capitalize on the ever-evolving real estate landscape. Over the years, he has earned an outstanding reputation for his proficiency in managing HUD foreclosures across multiple states, and has consistently achieved remarkable results, closing an impressive average of $4.9 million in real estate assets annually. With an impressive career spanning almost 2 decades, Bobby remains committed to his passion for real estate. Whether identifying untapped potential in emerging markets or navigating complex transactions, he embodies the epitome of excellence in the real estate sector.

Karleen has been associated with Texas Property Shop since January 2013. She has been a Realtor for 32 years, and has sold residential and commercial real estate throughout southeast Texas and Houston/The Woodlands areas, primarily in Harris, Montgomery and Chambers Counties. She also has extensive experience working with asset management companies, performing broker price opinions, and investor field inspections.

Fowler’s experience extends to working with relocation programs, counseling and financial assistance for first time home buyers, and assisting mortgage placement.

She has certification as a Home Marketing Specialist; Affordable Housing Specialist; and SFR® certification. Karleen has received many awards in the Real Estate community including annual multimillion dollar sales recognition and corporate Presidential and Executive awards. Served as Ambassador for the Baytown Chamber of Commerce, and has been very active in her local church and civic organizations. In addition to enjoying time with her wonderful family, in her leisure time Fowler enjoys travel, skiing, biking, and gardening. And helping people!
